A young runaway becomes product of the state, and joins the problem. After a lawsuit was won against NBC, a broomstick rape scene was cut. Thanks to low budget DVD you can see it in it's original glory. Although this is a well made film with some naughty moments, it has to much social merit to be good exploitation fun. Thankfully, Little Christ hater Linda would grow up, and later return to prison in Chained Heat.
