One hell of a little Red Riding Hood tale. Vanessa (Reese Witherspoon) has a run in with a yuppie serial killer played by Keifer Sutherland. After shooting half his face off in a bungled rape/mueder attempt she's sent to the iron bar hotel. When inside Vanessa makes a big break out, and is stalked by the grotesque monster that Sutherland has become. This is one hyper violent flick that really delivers the goods. Even though the big house stint is brief, it is played maximum impact. This whole production looks great with beautiful cinematography, fast paced stedicam movement, and wicked over the top performances. I highly recommend checking it out.
